Jim is the cheaper Cook. Level 1 cooks patties 25% faster. The bonus item is Kelp Shake (3 uses), with the card line A quick sip to keep you going. Panel ratings: Energy 3/5, Service 3/5, Starter Cash 1/5, 1,000 XP to Level 2. He is a different Cook from SpongeBob, who cooks two patties and auto-flips them.
